Contact Support and Issue Routing

For account, subscription, connection, international route, billing, and refund issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Tickets preserve the issue description and follow-up replies for ongoing troubleshooting.

CONTACT OPTIONS

Contact Channels and When to Use Them

Choose the channel that keeps the full context of your issue. For order, plan status, or connection troubleshooting, avoid submitting the same issue repeatedly through different channels.

Tickets

Best for account access, plan status, traffic display, client connections, route selection, payment confirmation, and refund requests. Submitting after signing in links the issue to your account record for continued follow-up.

Tickets are handled in submission order. Requests that require order verification or connection analysis may take longer depending on the completeness of the information and troubleshooting complexity.

SUPPORT FLOW

Ticket Handling Guide

Support requests enter the queue according to issue type and submission order. Complete, reproducible information helps reduce follow-up questions.

Account & Subscription

Include the username of the affected account, its current plan status, and any message shown on the page. No email address is required to create an account; use only your username and password. Never include your password in a ticket.

Connections & Routes

Specify the platform, client behavior, selected region, and route type. Explain whether the issue occurs before connecting, during connection, or while accessing the target service. 87VPN supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with coverage across 110+ countries and 170+ routes.

Billing & Refunds

Provide order details that can be used for verification and identify the payment method. The service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT, and subscription services include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Requests are subject to the order verification results in the ticket.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Before Submitting a Ticket

A ticket does not need to be long, but it should include enough information to define the scope of the issue. The details below help support staff determine whether the problem involves the account, client, route, or target service.

Explain Where the Issue Occurs

Describe the action in progress, such as signing in to the user panel, retrieving a subscription, importing it into a client, selecting an international route, establishing a connection, or accessing an international website. If a message appears, copy its full text. If the client status changes, describe what you did before and after the change.

Specify the Platform and Network Environment

State whether you are using Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and whether the issue occurs only on a particular platform. If the behavior changes on a different network, include that information as well, but do not submit personal details unrelated to troubleshooting.

Keep Replies in the Same Ticket

Keep additional details, screenshot descriptions, and resolution updates for the same issue in the original ticket. This preserves the full context and reduces repeated checks of account and subscription status.

What Account Information to Share

A ticket may include your username and necessary order-verification details, but never submit your account password, payment password, or subscription URL. Client setup and subscription retrieval are handled through the user panel.
